How do I cancel my subscription?

We've noticed that customers often have questions about their subscription access, navigation, and understanding how they initially signed up. Please contact our support team if you wish to cancel your subscription at support@rockeeredd.com for assistance.

If you have set up a subscription you are OBLIGATED to run the subscription a total of TWO TIMES before you can cancel.

What if I want to change the product in my subscription?

You can change your subscription product at any time by signing into your account.

Can I cancel after my first order?

No. You are obligated to order two times to keep the 15% off before canceling. The 15% discount is the PERK of having the subscription. Please do NOT subscribe if you plan on canceling immediately after ordering your first order. It is dishonest and you will NOT be able to cancel until the second order has processed.
