100% Organic: Astragalus Root, Echinacea, Elderberry, Peppermint, Ginger, Garlic, Licorice Root

DIRECTIONS: Pour entire contents of pouch into 8oz of your own local honey. Stir herbs into the honey until the herbs are completely covered. Allow the honey to sit for a MINIMUM of 2 weeks in a dark cupboard. Honey will be good for up to 8-12 months. When ready to consume, take a clean dry spoon, stir herbs and scoop out a small spoonful of honey and consume directly OR put in a mesh tea strainer and pour hot water, milk, coffee etc over the honey, letting herbs steep for 5 minutes. You may also add this to any tea or take alone with warm water and lemon. Discard herbs into house plants, compost or trash.

**Do not consume your honey for 2 weeks after the herbs have been stirred in as they need time to infuse. Infusions are best after 1 month.

This pouch is intended to refill ONLY an 8 oz jar of honey. Use your previously finished Rockee Redd Honey jar to make a new batch.
