Take 1/3-1 dropper full DAILY or as needed. Take underneath the tongue to allow this tincture to enter blood stream as quickly as possible.

WHEN DO YOU TAKE IT??

It depends on the person! We recommend this: The first time you take Clarity take it around 3pm. If you notice that you feel extra calm or kinda drowsy take it before bed. If you notice that you feel energized, productive, clear minded or hyper, take it in the morning!

Both Valerian and Skullcap MAY cause drowsiness in some individuals. Talk to your health practitioner if you are on any Liver or Depression medication.

CAUTION IF PREGNANT OR NURSING: Always check with your practitioner before trying any herbal supplement.

Not recommended for children under the age of 5.

We recommend starting at a low dose of just a few drops and work you way up to a full dose (1/3 dropper)

If taken daily, many find that their PMS symptoms lighten and even vanish!

Not recommended for children who have not gone through puberty. Though it will NOT harm them, it would just be a waste of tincture.
